I would not rent scaffolding for the job.
Sure they will rent for almost any situation. You can even specify that they
install and remove the scaffolding.

Not hydraulic but electric ones. I doubt you have the money for them. They
would cost more than having a pro do the job.

Usually the planks (to stand on) are installed every 4 or 6 feet vertically,
depending on the application
