It hasn't been that long since Twang posted here.  Maybe 5 or so years

That's a shame about his cancer, if that's what happened.

Ok well, when you consider how dramatically this place and rmmg
changed in just a few years, it does seem like a long time ago. I'm
sure he may have posted, but not like the old days when he'd write
pages of stuff about whatever he was tinkering with.

The 1 inch truss rod? Maybe I shouldn't joke, but he thought it was
funny too. Twang had a good sense of humor.

Friend of mine
in rmmg went and visited PFC, and that was 1997 or so.

Always wondered about some of the people here, but I've met a few too.

I remember him posting somewhere, and it may not have been these
newsgroups, may even have been over in rmmg in one of the Hey Where Is
Everybody posts, but he mentioned that cancer was taking up a lot of
his time, and that he expected to recover at some point. Didn't say
what kind or where he was with it. That had to be a few years ago at
least.

I do believe he's still with us, so hopefully that's a good sign.

I also hope that Fiadino didn't get hit by a truck, swallowed up by an
earthquake, trampled by bissons, or suffocated by a large beach ball,
or choked by a boogerized guitar pick. Those would all be a shame,
especially if they happened simultaneously.
