I have a Hohner G3T. It is two single coil pickups with a humbucker in
the bridge (like a HSS Strat). The humbucker can be split via
pull/push tone knob. Also, each pickup has a mini switch so they can
be turned on or off at will and in any combination (pretty versatile
actually).
My question is this....I want to eliminate the tone knob altogether.
The humbucker would be left in full bucker mode only.
Is there an easy way to disconnect it without major surgery (very
tight work area, my fat fingers don't do well in the cavity of this
one).
Thanks.

Clip the connections to the tone pot and pull it out. Note: there will
be either 1 or 2 wires from the p-up that connect to a tab on that
switch. If there's just one, tape it off and leave it hangin'. If
there's 2, keep those wires connected together and tape them off. Go
to the hardware and get a hole plug that fits snug in the empty tone
pot hole.
Thanks for the info. I am going to move the volume into that spot
(volume is in a bad place on this guitar, gets in the way of
everything)...and I will close up the volume hole.
