Who was the band that influenced grunge to use drop D tuning, some say
Soundgarden while others say it was Helmet. Are either these bands the

kurt cobain invented music, the world is only 18 years old and carbon dating
is a myth even myth busters can't unmythtify.
jeepers, i would say all these bands evolved from a disgust of hair band
metal, inlfuenced by lashings of punk, classic rock, new wave and whatever
else you want to throw into the mix.
