I have the chance to get a good acoustic amp, an Acoustic Image Coda, at a
fair price. I'm wondering it this would be a good way to go for amplifying a
digital multiFX (Digitech RP-150) for electric guitar in addition to
acoustic.
Any opinions?

I did this a while ago. Connected my Tele via a Boss GT-8 to a Fender
Acoustasonic Jr. Didn't like it. Maybe because the GT-8 was set up for
a 6L6 tube amp, while the Acoustasonic is solid state, but it sounded
very synthetic. On the other hand, with my Takamine steel string, I
love the sound of the Acoustasonic.
