Waited too long

I was watching an old Fender Champ get listed and re-listed on
Craigslist for the last week or two. I've been wanting an old Champ or
Vibro Champ for a while.
The price kept coming down, and I kept saying, "Wait one more day." It
finally hit $165, and I thought, "I'll call that guy a little later."
I looked later in the day, and it (and all prior references to it)
were gone.
Consarn it. Should have pounced. Ah well. Sometimes a fool and his
money are stuck with one another.
