Don't make any plans for an hour anna half......

Watched it. Fantastic! Thanks. I love the thing where he said he never
heard of playing above the third fret.

Do you get full screen video on hulu without jerkiness? Other
not-so-high resolution flash videos play fine on this Athalon 64 3200
just not hulu.

Good video card is a start.....

NVidia 8500, 512 megs of DDR2. Not a gamer so I don't want to go
hotter. Besides, plays all other media without frame drops. Just not
streamed flash from hulu.

Get a trial membership at Netflix.com and order the DVD. They mail you
the DVD VERY fast (usually one day) and the envelope it comes in
converts to a pre-paid mailer to send it back. For that matter, sign
up for a real membership they have tons of movies and vids on DVD
about music, in addition to probably just about any movie you can
think of. You maintain a queue of movies you want on their website.
When you send a movie back, they send the next one on your list. Just
add some new choices to the bottom of the list every once in a while.

They maintain mailing centers all over the country so the DVD's spend
very little time in the postal system. I send a movie back and the
next morning they are mailing me the next one. It's FAST.

I had Netflix until they started sending damaged discs too often and I
got tired of them. I watch the whole thing in low res and it was
reasonably watchable.

Just to offer a different experience... I've been using them for over 2
years now and have only received ONE bad disc in that time. We're pretty
heavy renters averaging around 2 discs per week.

Netflix? Wow. you must be on some kinda hot streak. I'd say at least two or
three out of every ten of ours, are damaged or scratched either freeze up
or wont play at all.

I got their streaming internet thing going, spent a LOT of time running
ethernet cable and yelling at my ISP and everything else.... only to find
that theres almost nothing on their streaming list I'd really want to watch
