a while I offered to deliver the guitar. Got $1650 for the guitar so
continued on down to L.A. The main thing I wanted was a hard shell
case for my Gibson ES135 but nobody stocks them. But with money
burning a hole in my pocket I had to buy SOMETHING. I picked up some
doodads that I needed like string trees for my Strat and some mic
stand accessories. But I kept looking at the little VOX AC4TV. I have
been listening to lots of YT clips and decided that was what I wanted
for a small, tube, bedroom amp. While I was standing there looking at
it this young lady plugged it in and started jamming. She was pretty
fuckin' good, better than me actually so I just listened to her and
made up my mind I really liked the amp.
I just got home so have not even gotten it out of the box yet but
after this gonna try the baby out.

Oh yeah one thing I forgot to ad. The VOX is a 4 watt 1x10 but weighs
just a little less than my 500 watt 1x12 MarkBass combo. I thought
that was kinda funny.
