resonates in it's neck. It has an annoying resonant rattle when I fret
some notes, and I can't seem to track it down...rattle, clatter, buzz,
squeek...but it's not strings against frets - it's coming from somewhere
buried in the guitar. I've tried fiddling with the truss rod nut - it's
not loose, or over tight from what I can tell, and if I shake the thing
it doesn't rattle.
It's a mechanical sort of noise, and doesn't transmit itself out of my
amp...so the guitar is fine amped up. But it sure is annoying if I just
pick it up and start noodling unplugged.
My Tele doesn't do this...ideas? If this is what it means to have
"resonant" Strat, pass me a Gibson...
