I found the 2009 Les Paul, looked nice.....'but..........
It says it has the new "Assymetrical neck"....?! WTF?
What are Gibson up to? No LP ever had an assymetrical neck.
It's not something I'd wish on my worst enemy, so what's it all about?
I want my LP to be like the LPs of old....'EXACTLY the same!
Is it just me, or is this new neck profile readily acceptable to the
masses?

Scroll down to the picture that's about 1/3 of the way down the page and
shows the neck cross section.
If you want the old-fashioned neck, you probably would be better off
with the Les Paul Traditional.
Or look around for a used one from about 6-7 years ago or earlier,
before they started in with all this nonsense.
