Well I'm rockin for now . 1 1/2 years with current bunch & just lost a
Bass player to getting married!( unpredicted loss ). Got an old friend
in his place already so its still looking good. My wife is Vocalsit
( so that pretty steady), Drummer has said on many an occasion we will
have to Kill him to get rid of him, and other guitar player is having
the time of his life. ( Oh yeah we are all over 50 ,so we've all
calmed down and do it for FUN - no head trips.. ed- Hide quoted text -

Sounds ghastly.  Worst set-up Ive ever been in had a husband/wife team
in it.  I got the hell outta there at 1st chance.  Let ne guess... all
she does is sing, but she gets a full cut, so you guys take home twicw
as much as your band members, right?

Hey ed, please allow me.   F*@k-off yee-haw!  Can't imagine you doing
well with any group.- Hide quoted text -

I stay booked.  And I don't do hubby/wifey situations.  If they aren't
arguing, they're jealous, huddling & pouting evrey break.  Absolutely
unbearable.  Don't need it, there are plenty of gigs without that
silly drama.  Even the one-off hired-gun things I've done with hubby/
wifey have been ridiculous.- Hide quoted text -

Jimmy let me - Hey  F*@k-off yee-haw!   I stay as booked as I want
with my wife doing vocals with my group ( and Yes they like her also !)

Well, of course they tell YOU that.  That's part of the couple/band
thing that's so annoying.  They don't that know every time they turn
their back everyone rolls their eyes.  Ignorance is bliss, they say.

I bet you think she sings wonderfully too, huh?- Hide quoted text -

Uh yeah and so do the audiance's !! They go wild after EVERY song and
no one makes them do it!  Do you think there are No good Chick
singers? I'll bet your single also..
oh and by the way "  Hey  F*@k-off yee-haw!   " - thanks for your
time. ed- Hide quoted text -

Rolls eyes... laughs...

Sure they do. Let me guess... she does a Patsy Cline song?
