That sounds more like lack of familiarity than issues with the machine :)

Seriously, I really dislike macs. I have to use 'em at work and there's hardly a day I don't run into problems with 'em. Like the other day I tried to get my USB stick to work - no way of course - and in the process took off the USB mouse. After which it would not of course recognize the damned mouse like a PC would, but instead started giving errors about 'serial mouse'. wtf?Couldn't find a way to shut it off without a mouse either, none of the PC style keyb commands would work, and I had to shut it off by ripping the cord out. After which I couldn't login at all because mysteriously my login choice had vanished from the login screen and I had to call someone with admin access to be able to try and salvage the text I had made on it before the episode. Which turned out to NOT have been automatically saved where I left it as it would have on my PC but instead it had vanished. And being a Mac I have no clue where are the system files so I could retrieve and explore the temp files like is so easy to do on a PC.
Nope, macs are great as long as you don't play games, don't use lotsa accessories except Apple, are willing to pay triple the money for lower performance and don't do anything out of the box but do everything like the Apple designers want you to do.
Just my 2c.
