They don't really have the same feel to me. The difference in my experience is rigidity, the 6 screw will require more effort because a 2 point trem is a floating trem. A 6 screw can be set up to float to some degree, like David Gilmour does, middle 4 screws are raised so they don't apply pressure on the trem plate. Only the 2 outer screws provide a point of pivot.
That being said I don't have any issues with my 6 screws coming back to pitch. But again I don't dive bomb much.
