Have a chance to pick one of these up at a real good price later
today. I would like some opinions on this amp...I have never played
through one. It's about 5 years old in perfect original shape. Thanks.

I bought mine used, I love it. If I need something with a lot of guts, some
bottom and power that is what I go to. I'm getting a little more on the
grey side, and an amp that size isn't always what I want to try and carry
around, so I also use a Peavey Classic 30 a lot too. However, if I want to
rattle the walls a little, I'll use the Deville 2X12.....for what it is
worth, a buddy of mine has the 4X10 and we both agree it doesn't sound quite
as nice as the 2X12. If the price is right, get it, you will most likely
hold on to it for a long time. They don't break up quite as much as some
others will....but the power and tone are fantastic. Good luck, Papa
XD mostly because of it's weight, but I made a very low offer. If
accepted I will pick it up later today....can't resist! Thanks!!!
