I use Everlys on all my own guitars.
I use .009s and .010s depending on the guitar.
I like .009s on the studio, .010s on the p 90 guitar.
the strats and teles vary.

I've never broken one. I've broken plenty of webstrings and musicians
friend unbranded, and the like.
Though I think webstrings are generally a good buy, for sure, I'm
really happy with the Everlys.


I've also taken to buying ernie ball slinkys.. in odder guages. like
lite top heavy bottom..
etc.
With .009s the main thing I get bugged with is the weaker low strings.
So I may wind up with a hybrid guage.

twice a week is all you practice? .009s for sure. But you'll never get
enough hand strength for .010s if you don't play more than that! Get
busy!
