heh. i'd love to tour the top end in a 4WD with a tinnie and a rifle for six
months, living off what i've hunted and fished. would also love to sail up
through queensland and through into indonesia.

my uncle goes pig chasing, central west NSW, took me once as a kid, saw him
pump at least 10 x .22 rounds into this huge boar while he'd literally
thrown us up a tree (we were kids). his dog would catch a few and
unbeknownst to the local cockie he'd drop the smaller ones into paddock feed
hopper to get rid of the wild taste, go back a week later and voila he'd
have grain fed pork ! !

he was a total mad ***, got barred from the local royal hotel. he'd been
out pig chasing, rocked up to the local . . "am i still barred?" "yes red,
you're stil barred". so uncle red opens the boot of the old torana, throws
squealer into the bar then opens the passenger door and lets the dog out,
had a pig dog called sue, part dingo, opens the door to the bar, "sue, get
the pig!!"

fucking bedlam, bar stools everywhere. one of his boars heads stil hangs in
that pub to this very day.

Will be in NZ in 6 weeks from now, might go for a walk whilst I'm there >
most likely.
