Yeah. Guarantee you they lease access to some news server and some new
admin comes along; doesn't recognise the ip range in the config; deletes
it; someone takes forever to find out and subsequently belts them over the
head with a 4x2 and whaddya know - it's fixed again.

It's a sad thing that very little importance is placed on NNTP.
