I'm totally blown away!
Remember my project?

Take a look...I just finished it and I'm absolutely amazed. Can't believe
my damned luck!
When I bought the bridge I never even thought about things like radius
etc...was VERY worried about it...and all the other stuff...but now that
the thing is done, it just fell into place. You know, strat build with a
tilt neck is asking for trouble to begin with, but no! It does combine
the best of both worlds.
I've never had a guitar this good. And I've owned a few! OK, maybe I'm
rushing a bit, but I just can't believe how low an action is possible,
how well everything fell into place and how tight the parts fit
together...even the damned intonation was close enough without even
adjusting the bridge at all!
Now I just need to buy me a good case for this...I'll treasure it forever
for sure :-)
Now I need to do some testing as to how it sounds with my EMG equipped
Jackson and Frankenstrat...
Looks killer man! I love the body shape! The finish looks fantastic,
too. You bled a little for the project but I daresay that guitar will
repay you forever. Would I be right in thinking you probably won't want
to look at another piece of sandpaper for a year or so now? ;-)
:-)
But I wouldn't mind making more such projects...it's been great doing it.
(Wife don't think so though :-)
