This is ridiculous and I will no longer respond to posts about this.

I was never arguing this from an electronics point of view. Not ever.
Having taken electronics in school I know there are IC chips in the
circuit. I was never arguing that there wasn't.

I was arguing that to the average guitarist, an amp with a preamp tubes
and power tubes is a "tube" amp or a "all tube" or whatever you want to
call it. No one I know refers to a JCM900 as a hybrid amp.

Now say whatever the hell you want, I will not respond.

Here is the classic Guncho timeline that has been repeated over and over:

1. Guncho tries to make someone look like an idiot and it backfires.

2. He argues his point based on assertions of having some fictional
majority
agreeing with him.

3. He tries to make it look like others have said things other than what
they have said then argues against their fictional position.

4. Through misdirection and changing the basis of the argument to suit
his
needs he slowly changes his postion without giving the appearance of
conceding.

5. Finally, he says that there really was no disagreement, just a
misunderstanding.

6. Then comes the temper tantrum post where he asks why everybody hates
Guncho or is out to get him.

7. Next will come promises of a kinder, gentler Guncho.

8. The cycle will repeat periodically.

It kind of reminds me of the directions on a shampoo bottle. Lather,
rinse,
repeat.
