Well, one cheap and EXTREMELY VERSATILE option is to get a used Boss
ME-5.

It has both an OD-1 and an OD-2, plus a bunch of other very good stuff.
You could set it up to react to each of your guitars by setting gain,
volume and EQ appropriately.

One just sold on Ebay for $51. They cost nearly $1000 when they first
came out. I've had one for years. I recorded an entire album with it
last year, and have gigged extensively with it. Right now it is in my
car for a rehearsal tonight.

You can always try an individual pedal. But this price and versatility
is pretty hard to beat.
