Make sure you cut & paste the whole url. There is a help file there someplace to explain what to do but it's pretty simple. If you need help just ask.

Yes, it's pretty simple. You can put the Lame_enc.dll file anywhere on your computer you want. Just tell Audacity (or any other program that needs to use it) wehre it is and away you go.
