Depends on what you're plugging it into. I have a Marshall 2204 - and my
Rat Pedal IS metal with that thing - and it is true-bypass. But the Rat
doesn't sound good with other amps.
Why is the True-Bypass thing such an issue? You'll be missing out on all of
the great Boss pedals (DS-1, HM-2, MD-2, HM-3) because they're not true
bypass.
