Massachusetts. In my town, you're not going to find anything more than a
hovel for 300k, but if you go west a bit you can get something nice for that
price and even down to about 250k. My sister is a nurse, and she and her
husband just bought a ranch on 1/3 acre (with a large finished basement!!)
for under 275k in Grafton. Her hospital is only a 20-30 minute commute,
depending on traffic. Oh, and Grafton is right on I-90, so you can get
anywhere with relative ease. Hope this helps. Take it easy.
