Here in Australia, we have something called The Big Day Out. That's a combined tour by a bunch of big name acts. In my town, they sometimes pull as many as 30, 000 at the gates. I remember when a single band would pull 50, 000. So is it all petering out?
My daughter (13) and a good number of her friends like alternative rock as well as classic rock.
The desire to go to the concerts and big shows is there but, these days, the money to pay for the tickets isnt.
