A dumb question?



Having been an instructor for a lot of years, I know that the only dumb
question is the one not asked. Also remember that I am one of those
Chord-Song players and am trying to learn blues. So heres the questions.
Looking at this:

How are these chords payed? What exactly does this mean?

Make fun of me if you must, but I would like to know. I have a midi version
of this but it doesnt seem to match how I am interpreting this.
