I remember reading in some magazine that most of the big hits were recorded
at Wally Heiders in the Bay Area, and that Miller used a BF Super Reverb
there at the Studio. After Miller had some MONSTER hits, the story went on
to say that Steve tried to buy that particular BF Super Reverb, and Heider
told him that it wasn't for sale. The story went on that Miller got up tp
$100,000 for the Amp, and back in the early '70`s that was a huge amount of
money. Heider NEVER did sell the amp to him.
