Could be. In that case, your other comment

Elec guitars, held by geezers, are nearly always manifestations
of the mid-life crisis.

Essentially the same is true with acoustic geetar based forums
(the acoustic based forum, more accurately stated). That place
is more of a church group than a guitar group. They just happen
to all own GSOs. Most of them don't really play much. It's more
about the social aspect to them. Guitars are secondary. And music
is way down the ladder after that.

We're all on one side or another of the has been/wanna be coin.
Not one of us "is". If we were, we wouldn't be yacking about it
on usenet or any other forum.

Talk about needing clean amps long enough and a good amount of
GSO holders will be convinced that they need that grail of clean
amps to get "their sound". Do that commercially and you're Bob Taylor.
