All lot of the old blues players had well-developed skills of this kind, including my hero Fred McDowell. Flamenco players also have it in spades. Any other examples that depend on the guitar player's rhythmic skills, as opposed to just a good sense of timing and expression, where the music is made in large part by the rhythm?
