Maybe I have been on the moon or somewhere but I never heard of false

Apparently you have indeed been on the moon.
We've discussed it here quite a few times.

Wouldn't it be paranoia-reducing to know that you could
replace the alternator in your Chevy van in the afternoon,
and then play a gig that evening?..:-)
These things are like secondary nails which are glued over the top of
your existing ones and then filed to shape?
It's a two part resin + catalyst, like bondo or epoxy.
It's not a pre-shaped fake nail. The nail tech mixes
the two components on the brush then quickly applies
it to your prepped nail. It takes the shape of your
natural nail. Hardens in probably 30 seconds. Then
they "fine tune" the shape and profile and thickness
with abrasive boards and dremel-like rotary tools.
I too, existed for decades with natural nails.
Learned to turn light switches on and off, pick
my nose, pet the dog, do EVERYTHING with my left
hand so as not to run the risk of breaking a nail
on the right. No more! I now have nails that are
stronger than the objects that are trying to
damage them.
