The only thing that puts me off of those small
B mixers is that they don't include a power
switch. I had to replace my daughter's mixer
last week, and guess what -- all the current
models lacked power switches. Grrr.
You don't need one. Just leave it on.
If the thing didn't run so freekin warm, there'd be no
concern. But my wife and I hate the idea of coming
home to a pile of ashes.
So now my daughter now has a power bar for it. She
also finds it annoying to be so warm on her desk.
Her bedroom tends to be warm to begin with.
