If there is a "difference" in tone, it's
exactly that. A DIFFERENCE. That doesn't
mean the tone sucks. There is a difference
in tone between an Esteban and a Martin.
Nobody would say "Don't buy a Martin because
it'll sound DIFFERENT than your Esteban"
Every guitar sounds different. Even the same
make and model.
I can reliably guarantee that there are no
cutaway guitars out there that "just don't
sound right" but would if they didn't
have the cutaway.
