I would be happy to pay that, if it comes with good instructions. The parts
aren't worth much, but decent advice is.

The word is the guy I bought my stuff from just collected it all off
18 watt and then put it together as a package.
some don't like him much for that.. but.. it sure is handy, and he did
a good job with plenty of info..
