even though, when you're playing all those screaming leads WAY up
there, you get the wildest possible effects from all the high range,
the actual execution of those notes is DELICATE. lighter touch maybe,
and take your time. three distinct sustained tones is worth more than
a hundred hurried-sounding half-fast notes. and mumbled tones don't
sound good or wild or fun or anything.
work on about three at a time - get your hammers going good up there.
it's worth the extra effort.
