Actually Billy Joe Armstrong mostly plays a single P-90, not a single humbucker.

I don't think Gibson currently produces any single humbucker guitars but there used to be an SG model called the SG-X that had a single humbucker.

Benji Madden of Good Charlotte Plays Music Man guitars with single humbuckers. They are Benji Madden Signature models. There is also a Music Man model Sub-1 which is a single humbucker as well.

Epiphone makes (or did) a Les Paul Special with a single bridge humbucker.

Jackson has (or had) one.

There's the Squire Bullet Special

And the Squire Hello Kitty Strat.

Daisy Rock makes a Heart shaped model with a single humbucker.

Both the Charvel Strat and X-plorer models are single humbuckers. I think all Charvels have always been single humbucker guitars.
