ASCAP has nothing at all to do with posting of
copyrighted songs.

I can't quite figure out if you believe that
it's legal or if you think it's illegal but
civil disobedience is the right track to take.

Perhaps YOU should go onto Kirk's forum and
advise everyone that what they are doing IS
perfectly legal. Or that it's not legal,
and that they are all good citizens by
demonstrating civil disobedience against
the copyright owners.
