We have been auditioning bass players.

One guy who joined us the other night played so far off from the

think they should be close.

I don't know, but I think if were me (the bass player),
I'd want to be on the same page as the rest of the band,
regardless of my own preferences. After all, you can't
have all band members doing their own uncoordinated thing.

So if I was given TAB and MP3s to practice, I'd make
sure do it _that_ way. The only alternative is to
point out problem areas and make suggestions. But to
think that everyone has to be on "my page", is arrogant
and impractical.

So I think he needs "feedback".
