I bought a Dunlop capo ($15) for my acoustic.
But it's difficult to put it on, slide and take it off (actually hurts
my fingers). And staying in tune is also a problem.
Are there better ones? I don't mind paying more -- It's worth it if
they work well.
I would have to second what Tom Young says about the G7th.

I thought $40 was OUTRAGEOUS for a guitar capo, but this thing is terrific. It's effective, small, light-weight, and convenient.
My other capo is a Kyser and it is cumbersome, difficult to use and hard on intonation. It works, but the Gth is da' bomb. Prior to the Kyser I had a Sabine screw type. It was quite good as well, but the rubber pads disentigrated after about 15 years. Go figure.
Good luck Ravi.
