Can anyone give any suggestions on either of these; or something else
entirely? I'm used to the Fender neck, which is a little wider than the
Cort/Parkwood. Any pointers on things to look for and/or avoid would be
appreciated as well.

Thanks in advance;

Joe D.

Hi Joe, I don't know about anybody else but I find those Agile Guitars
from Rondo a VERY good value, and most people that review them do also.
Most say they hang right with the Epi's and "some" of the Gibsons
(Harmony Central reviews). And you won't spend an arm and leg. Save money
for a new amp perhaps.

I like you, don't play in any bands either. Now I can't speak on any
Agile but the LP copy's so I don't know about any of the others.

I took the $150 some odd dollar plunge on an AL-2000 model Agile. I'm so
not disappointed. I'm going to try to save up and get one of the higher
end models, perhaps an AL-3000.

Just my 2 cents. Not here to fuss about name brand's, just trying to give
my opinion.

I have an agile al3000 lp. I can tell you go for it. Mine's equiped with emg
81 pup in bridge, emg expander, and emg afterburner. Emg 60 pup for neck on
order.

What I realized about my guitar is that it was quiet before the upgrade and
felt really solid. It's a real jammer now. :)
