Correct..:-)

Typically, any chord with extended numbers
(9,11,13) contain all the numbers below.
(the chord tones, stacked 3rds)
In this case it's a 9th so it would technically
contain the 7th (D). Note that it's the dominant
or minor 7th, not the major 7th (D#).
