Hang in there. You certainly have a right to know exactly what's wrong with
your wife and what the prognosis is. If you can't get that, it's time to
see someone else. Bear in mind that the symptoms you describe can also be a
result of depression and anxiety, but that can be and should be diagnosed as
well, and can be treated.
