I hope you can get it diagnosed somewhere (sounds like it's overdue for
another clinic, or doctor, or hospital).
good luck with it. In the mean time, hopefully she can do liquids, meal in a
drink/shake or something to get some nourishment and strength, and not slip
further, until she does get properly diagnosed and treated.
