Not making excuses for them, but this is out of the norm. Whoever organized the move should be fired. No questions. It would have been better for them to simply not take any orders during the move than to have so many upset customers and lose future business becuase of it.




Instead of taking orders, maybe one would be wise enough not to place an order.
I think there is a lot of over speculation of what they are doing.
