If you're using the photo for a commercial purpose you'll need to make sure
you have a license to use whatever image you include in your application.
For that, check istockphoto.com - they have high-resolution royalty-free
images of damn near everything & you can buy the images/license for only $1
to $3 each. Hell of a deal.

Another similar site is dreamstime.com

I'm not affiliated with either, but I'm a graphic designer / webdesigner &
use istockphoto a lot.
