Well, you're wrong. First, Van Halen reads music. Second, there was one
Hendrix. So what? Do you have his talent? I don't. I think I'd rather work
on being the best musician that I can, rather than hope that I can do what
Hendrix did and failing miserably.

Yeah, teach the 8-year-old that he can be Hendrix if he doesn't learn to
read. Maybe you should teach him that he could be president if he dodges
military and doesn't learn to speak complete sentences.
