That doesn't need to be written in your contract. They will be required
to have properly wired 120v AC outlets by everyone from the local fire
department to their own insurance company.
There are surely also regulations involving providing a safe workplace
for their employees and contact workers such as bands.
I think, in this case, there's no such thing as a 'small risk' in the
same way as there's no such thing as slightly pregnant.
