After much negotitation my gypsy jazz band have secured a
lucrative corporate gig this week - luxury hotel stop over
with free food and drink. With wives and girlfriends
invited
it's a perfect way for a christmas band party night. Yes!
My choice of menu?
Scottish Salmon Rillette with Crayfish, Horesradish Croute
&
Fennel Cress Salad
Pan Seared Fillet of Line Caught Bass, Grain Mustard Mash,
Carrot Puree, Broccoli & Tarragon Essence
Marbled Chocolate Truffle Torte, Amaretto flavoured
Cherries.
Read it and weep folks ;)

The only thing that would make me weep is inviting the wife
and girlfriend to the same event.
Jay S
Ooooo, wish I had a harem Jay...;)
Maybe it's my turn for a slice of good fortune...it's been
something of a slog the last 10 years or so.
Apart from Kirsten, our violinist, who's hubby is
babysitting, it's an excuse to have a 'band night out' with
partners invited.
Can't wait - it's been a while since I've played half cut!
