I made it all the way through. The kids in their first band dreaming of
Gig No. 1 I can understand looking ridiculous. But some of these clowns
appear to have actual musical careers of some sort and have decided
selling the sizzle rather than the steak makes sense--astonishing that
they don't know *anyone* who said the promo photo was a bad idea....

Speaking of band pics, I'd appreciate some feedback on ours. We replaced
our
keyboard player a few weeks ago. Some reviewers are saying I could've done
a
better job updating the photo. What do you think?

Guitarist says "How could anyone wear socks that color with a white
jacket?", but seemed OK with the rest.

My son said "Sax player (purple shirt) looks suspicious. Otherwise pic
looks
fine."

Oy vey. Get someone to take a pic of ya'll playing at your next gig
and drop that one.

We've been trying to find someone - ANYONE - who can operate a friggin'
camera, and get some gig shots of us. It seems everyone we know has had
their skulls scooped out with grapefruit spoons. So, I called a couple of
people at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where there are kids
majoring in photography. We offered to pay actual cash money.

No takers.
