OK, I finally signed up for Talk Bass

No, no, that's alright - no applause necessary.

I haven't posted anything yet because I've spent the last half hour reading
their "Sticky" rules. Jesus, the message boards in North Korea are less
strict.

My question is, is there a "welcome" board where you go to announce your
joining? Lots of boards like that as a manner of etiquette, and I can't find
one there.

Also, anything else I should watch out for? I rarely read those forums, and
I have no idea who's who.

I know, I know - but I'm going to try really hard to behave myself there.
Here? Not so much...

I seem to be getting a lot of students from TB lately just based on my
teaching post, so I figure it will be good marketing to show my face there.
