The infringement occurred three weeks previously (IIRC) but wasn't
actually discovered until the police check as it was the tachometer
record that showed that the infringement had occurred. So it was dealt
with on the spot when it was discovered.
Read the thread. That's your punishment for arguing at great length on
the basis of minimal "facts".
