Different than the Am Std, for example. At least
the Relics were built to vintage dimensions,
not the then-current measurements. Balance,
heft were all different from Teh Usual;
they were also more resonant, louder
acoustically.

Felt like it was FMICs way of saying "yes, we could
build 'em like that, but... we prefer not to." Which
is fine - Suhr, others chose to.
